No foam ever comes out! I add a little bit of water, and sometimes turn it on and rub it against the back of my hand, then use it on my face. Do you know how to make it foam up???My neutrogena wave doesn't foam up?
yes it doesnt foam up. It is a common issue for all wave users. It is not worth the price at all. It does make ur skin smoother but it doesnt foam up at all. what you can do is before u put the pad on the wave, put water on it and lather it up.
