I use neutrogena body clear body wash......?

Is this enuff to make the back acne go? How can i get a clear back again?I use neutrogena body clear body wash......?
it works wonders but u can follow other tips to ensure that u get a clear back fast


- wash off any conditioner left behind after washing ur hair. conditioners r very oily and scented so they tend to make the backs oily too


- after the acne is gone, use neutrogena daily scrub to remove the acne marks


- use oil-free lotions on ur back and dust prickly heat powder whenever ur back feels wet, to absorb any oil


- avoid lying on ur back and wear cotton materials when sleepingI use neutrogena body clear body wash......?

Also try changing your sleeping garments every night. Or changing the sheets you sleep on every other night.


The bacteria from your ACNE may be left on your PJ's or on the sheets and it doesn't help lying on it again another night.





The Neutrogena body clear should be enough of a soap for cleansing.
be sure to use another body wash to give your back more moisture!! i use some body clearing stuff and it worked ok, but then when i washed with that stuff and some moisturizing wash, it worked way better!!
