I know ive already asked but i didnt get the best answers...First of all...both of them remove dirt and make-up ( i think) but which would be best for an early teen thatis starting to get breakouts and is trying to prevent them (it runs in the family). i think you would need both.
they work together
the cleanser removes dirt and impurities, makeup, and everything else.
and the toner, you apply after the cleanser on like a cotton ball or pad and it minimizes your pores .
