I just got mine. :]
The Neutrogena Wave vibrates, supposedly cleaning more deeply than manual cleaning. I love how it makes my skin glow, but the cleaning pads meant to go with it are a bit pricey.
Not to worry though, pretty much ANY kind of cleaning pad will work with it. I would recommend CVS's disposable facial sponges, but it's up to you.
