Does the Neutrogena Skin ID work?

so ive been dealing with acne since i was like in the 6th grade and most of the stuff on my face is scars from the past but i still get zits somewhat often.


So i heard about this stuff from T.V and i really want to know if it works.


Cause im sick of acne being on my faceDoes the Neutrogena Skin ID work?
Well I don't think it works cuz' i've tried to use these kind of things. The inventors are liars!
