honestly, i think their useless. no wonder their 15 dollars . but try wetting it a bit more, that might help.

Well i have one and it did the same thing so i tried adding more water and dabbing it a little first to make sure that the water isn't absorbing, then leaking on your face. see if that works.
its not suppose to foam, unless you go over it for like an hour, nothing is wrong with it dont worry
