It's for people who have really dry scalp...my sister has a serious problem, and it works great...it smells kinda like old people but at least you wont have flakes. It has done wonders for her. To cover up the smell, I guess you can buy a fragrant contioner, or cream to put on after u wash ur hair. Has anyone used Neutrogena T gel shampoo?
